The 2013 Infiniti JX
The 2013 JX provides a technological first by adding a new feature, Back-up Collision Intervention (BCI), to the currently available Blind Spot Intervention (BSI) system. With this technology, when the transmission is in reverse, the JX will help the driver detect crossing vehicles and large, stationary objects behind the JX. What's more, if necessary the system can automatically engage the brakes to help avoid a collision.
A new feature called Infiniti Connection™ Telematics System is offered as part of the Premium Package on the 2013 JX35. This new feature can automatically synch an owner's schedule through Google Calendar and then communicate navigation guidance to their appointments. The system also allows an owner to set up Drive Zone and Speed Alerts, along with multiple other functions. Infiniti Connection™ provides a more human connection as well. This system can connect an owner by voice command with an Infiniti Personal Assistant. This service offers personal concierge services, such as arranging dinner reservations and flight changes from inside or outside of their Infiniti vehicle.
